Hi!
I'm Chayelle Rose and I'm super excited about this project!
I run my four-month signature program
Present Parenting once a year, but I also create
mini programs throughout the year for Mums!
Although I’m not sure this one is so mini…
Everything I create has two components
1. It must be enjoyable
2. It must be tailor-made for each individual
Why?
Because for real change to be sustainable and long-lasting,
it needs to resonate deeply with you,
and you need to want it.
This program has something for everyone. That does NOT mean you will like everything, resonate with everything, or gain from everything. Be a smart consumer and pick and choose according to your taste.
For best results, read the accompanying emails to get a sense of what each video will contain
We begin September 8 / Elul 15

Day 1 R’ Altusky, is the daughter of Rav Chaim Pinchas Sheinberg and granddaughter of “All for the boss” Rav Yaakov Yosef Herman. With her one of a kind humour and positivity, R’ Altusky brings us (from her kitchen!) the old time hashkofos, values and genuine sincerity. With R’ Altusky, you get the absolute real deal. We get a fascinating look into the life of a godol and how he brought up his daughter in so many respects, including Tefillah.
Day 1 Faigy Pollack in her inimitable way explains her tefillah journey and how that changed as she discovered her feminine self. It is so rich and rewarding to hear her elaborate what she sees as real tefillah and how she conveys this to her family. A really practical look at how her understanding transformed as she matured from a teenager to a mother of a growing family.
Day 2 Chayelle Regal (an absolute legend in my house) tells us all about her creative endeavours with Regal productions, and how tefillah played and plays such a big part in what she does and dealing with her unique challenges. I was in tears at least twice as I sat with her. Good tears. This year she will be taking the show to the USA!!
Day 2 R’ Feige Twerski takes us behind the scenes as a Rebbetzen who built a community from scratch over 60 years!! She describes in her authentic and down-to-earth way how her davening grew over the years.
Day 3 Sara Yocheved Rigler talks about her long history in the Buddhist ashram and how it was hearing that Yiddishkeit did indeed include love of G-d that brought her back to her own religion. Hear her describe her own tefillah and explain in tangible terms how possible and accessible it is to have a real, and deep connection with Hashem.
Day 3 Leah Richeimer demonstrates in her utterly delightful style how essential it is for women to become receivers on their quest to lead deeper more meaningful lives and even at the basic level – to get what they want. Her acting style brings this message to life in a unique and wonderful way.
Day 4 Esther Wein brings us delightful memories of her grandfather Rav Shimon Shwaab, and explains an understanding of tefillah in a way that only be described as graduate level. She honestly describes our challenges with tefillah and offers some guidelines for quality and quantity. She also suggests a unique idea for arranging tehillim groups.
Day 4 Chany Felberbaum tells us about how her prayer transformed from begging and pleading to gratitude and praise – a reflection of the change in her entire relationship with Hashem. She connects this relationship with marriage and emphasizes how to find your own unique path in finding your way to your Creator.
Day 5 Chany Rosengarten describes her journey from not really “getting it” to one of deep meaning as the entire concept of Hashem transformed in her adult years. She asks the listener to probe into their own views and beliefs and gives many practical ways to delve deep into the joy of prayer.
Day 5 R’ Tamar Taback explains her deep connection with the siddur and bringing consistency to tefillah. At the same time she meets us wherever we may be and draws us into understanding how to achieve more, when the time is right. She describes in fascinating details how different women in our history connected with prayer and gave us the blueprint to continue.
Day 6 Elisheva Liss delves into developing the balance between ego, identity, and how they play into Divine Connection . What that means in terms of G-d consciousness and how it is an essential part of all our relationships, from the most basic to the most intimate. Surprisingly deep but delightfully fun episode.
Day 6 Chana Studley takes us on a powerful journey of emunah. She brings to life an understanding of anxiety and encapsulates with utter simplicity how to recognise and bring yourself towards a deeper understanding of Hashem in your day to day life. Through raw, personal tales of trauma, PTSD and eventual triumph, she reveals how to let go of our stories and how to find Hashem.
Day 7 Irit Levy a tech genius, and classic multi-tasker, shares all the different ways women daven. What a true es ratzon is for women, and how to incorporate tefillah in daily life. She expands on both formal and informal tefillah and how it relates to all stages of life. An understanding and nuanced approach to the chaos in our lives!
Day 7 Leah Aharoni saw the reform women’s movement taking over at the koisel instead of moaning about it from her armchair (like the rest of us) she describes what led to her combatting the movement head on. She talks about many of her amazing entrepreneurial ventures and how all of it stems from a deep and real understanding of G-d vs. ego. She describes the challenges of prayer, and includes fascinating ideas from the Baal Shem Tov.
Day 8 Amy Guttman describes a very unique and interesting path through which she discovered tefillah as a grounding, essential aspect of her daily routine and how it directly impacts her productivity. She explains how the scientific methodology she uses inspires her to see more and more Godliness in the world.
Day 8 Yael Weisner in her signature style grounds the journey in extremely practical and varied ways to help spark ideas to make time for tefillah. She even goes as far as redecorate our homes to make space for tefillah essentials! It’s pretty cool.
Day 9 Teachings from R’ Spetner Hear a talmidah of R’ Spetner, Yiska Kopstein explain some of the Rebbetzin’s fundamental views on tefillah from the perspctive of parenting and giving over hashkafos to our children. Her approach to transmitting authentic values to our children is truly a breath of fresh air. (Shared with R’ Spetner’s express consent)
Day 9 R’ Bat Chen Grossman describes how a G-d centred life has always been what she was raised with in her family outlook. She describes how this impacted her brother after her sister-in-law’s (Tzeela Gez) passing in a recent terror attack. She talks about tefillah in a truly fascinating way that opened my mind to new ideas and possibilities and completely reframes the time devoted to tefillah.
Day 10 Nechaman Norman explains why her mind goes to tefillah and how it doesn’t happen in a vacuum. she explains how she has intentionally built a network of women who challenge and inspire her to aim higher. Some really amazing practical ideas from a busy Mom, successful realtor and future Kallah teacher!
